12.5 sacks a career high for Charles Johnson
December 30, 2012
Another place for my ramblings
Plenty has been written about Cam Newton, but has anything touched on his toughness? W/that said, the hits will eventually take a toll.
Used to be whenever Steve Smith went down (which was/is often), that would be most concerning for #Panthers. Cam's at another level of worry
Biggest deficit overcome in a win by Ron Rivera as #Panthers coach? 7 pts vs #Saints in Week 2. CAR was down by 11 today.
What was your favorite memory of the 2012 Derek Anderson era?
“We’ve got a scuffle going…Steve Smith, of course involved.”
Unless DWilliams runs for 180 yds more than CNewton, CN would be 1st QB to lead team in rushing since McNabb in ‘00. DW 134 yds > CN today
160 yards for DeAngelo Williams is his most since 12/28/08 when he ran for 178 vs Saints
1st 100-yard game for DeAngelo Williams since 10/9/11, which was vs. Saints. Before today, his best rushing day this year was vs. NO in Wk 2
